CAT Beam Tech has completed domestic patent registration for an emitter and a method for uniformly and stably growing carbon nanotubes, an electron-emitting device, on the electrode structure of an X-ray tube.

This patented technology allows the catalyst contained in the seed layer to prevent the problem of the non-uniform growth of carbon nanotubes due to diffusion into the substrate.
